Piña Colada Chia Pudding
Ingredients
1 can of pineapple pieces and juice
1 can of coconut cream
5 tablespoons chia seeds
Pantry staples:
1 cup water
Optional: Vanilla protein powder, honey/maple syrup
Method:
Add the juice and pineapple pieces to a blender.
Pour in the coconut cream, water, and a pinch of salt.
Blend until smooth.
Taste and adjust the sweetness to your liking using sugar, honey, or maple syrup.
Divide the chia seeds into jars, then pour the pineapple-coconut mixture over the seeds.
Place in the fridge overnight and serve chilled the next day.
