Peaches and Cream Chia Pudding
Ingredients
1 can of peach pieces and juice
1 can of coconut cream
5 tablespoons of chia seed
Pantry staples:
1 cup of water
Optional addition: Vanilla protein powder
Method
Add the juice and flesh of the canned peaches to a blender.
Pour in coconut cream and water (in 1 big container of 5 smaller containers).
Blend until smooth.
Taste and adjust sweetness by using sugar, honey or maple syrup.
Divide the chia seeds into jars, then pour in the peaches and cream mix over the seeds.
Mix each jar well and place in the fridge overnight.
Serve chilled the next day.
