Peaches and Cream Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 can of peach pieces and juice

  • 1 can of coconut cream

  • 5 tablespoons of chia seed

Pantry staples:

  • 1 cup of water

  • Optional addition: Vanilla protein powder

Method

  • Add the juice and flesh of the canned peaches to a blender.

  • Pour in coconut cream and water (in 1 big container of 5 smaller containers).

  • Blend until smooth.

  • Taste and adjust sweetness by using sugar, honey or maple syrup.

  • Divide the chia seeds into jars, then pour in the peaches and cream mix over the seeds.

  • Mix each jar well and place in the fridge overnight.

  • Serve chilled the next day.
