Spaghetti Hash Bake
Ingredients
8 to 10 hash browns, defrosted
2 cans spaghetti
200 g diced bacon
6 eggs, whisked or cracked
Salt and pepper
Optional: Cheese
Method:
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Cook the bacon in a pan until crispy, then set aside.
Lightly grease a baking dish.
Press the defrosted hash browns into the base and up the sides of the dish to form a crust.
Spoon in the spaghetti and spread evenly.
Scatter the cooked bacon over the top.
Season the eggs with salt and pepper, then either whisk and pour over the dish or crack directly on top.
Optional: Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
