Spaghetti Hash Bake

Ingredients

  • 8 to 10 hash browns, defrosted

  • 2 cans spaghetti

  • 200 g diced bacon

  • 6 eggs, whisked or cracked

  • Salt and pepper

Optional: Cheese

Method:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.

  • Cook the bacon in a pan until crispy, then set aside.

  • Lightly grease a baking dish.

  • Press the defrosted hash browns into the base and up the sides of the dish to form a crust.

  • Spoon in the spaghetti and spread evenly.

  • Scatter the cooked bacon over the top.

  • Season the eggs with salt and pepper, then either whisk and pour over the dish or crack directly on top.

  • Optional: Sprinkle grated cheese on top.

  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your liking.

  • Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
