Caesar Chicken Wraps
Ingredients
500g chicken breast, cut into cubes
5 wraps
1 caesar salad kit
Optional seasonings
Salt and pepper
Paprika or smoked paprika
Chilli or chilli flakes
Method:
Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Add paprika or chilli if you like extra flavour.
Oven bake or air fry the chicken for 20 to 30 minutes until fully cooked. To check, cut through the thickest piece and make sure it is cooked in the centre.
Let the chicken cool slightly, then shred it in a bowl.
Add the salad dressing and parmesan cheese from the salad kit to the shredded chicken. Mix well. You can add extra mayo or another sauce if you want it saucier.
Heat the wraps in the microwave for 30 seconds or warm them in a pan so they are soft and easy to wrap.
Add the chicken mix and lettuce to the wrap, then wrap tightly.
Optional: lightly toast the wrapped tortilla in a pan for extra crunch.
