Chicken Burger

  • Skinless chicken breast

  • ½–¾ packet Diamond Original Coat ’n Cook Flavoured Coating

  • 4 burger buns (or soft rolls)

Pantry staples / optional:

  • 1–2 tbsp oil or spray oil

  • Garlic aioli

  • Whatever salad bits you have

Method

  • Preheat oven to 200°C (fan 180°C).

  • Slice breast in half horizontally to create two patties.

  • Add Coat ’n Cook coating to a bowl/bag.

  • Toss chicken until fully coated.

  • Lightly spray/drizzle oil on both sides.

  • (Whatever chicken patties and buns you don’t use do well in the freezer, so save them for another day!)

  • Oven method (easy & healthier)

    • Bake chicken on a tray 10 minutes, Flip and bake for another 10 minutes.

  • Air fryer method (super crispy)

    • 190°C for 14–17 minutes, flipping once.

  • Pan method (crispiest + fastest)

    • Heat 3–4 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat.

    • Cook chicken 5 minutes each side until crispy and cooked.
